zell4687
like many other ppl, I realized today that all 3 of my LED in h80i has died. I went throught the forum to see if I can fix it. Here's what I ve tried so far: 1. reattached all cable 2. reinstall .net framework 4.5 including the windows update 3. uninstall and reinstall corsair link 4. test each LED individually can corsair investigate this further and see why so many ppl LED died within few months. I already sent a ticket but havent received reply yet. BTW if I gonna send this for RMA, can I request an advanced RMA because I dont have another cooler and I basically using my PC for DNA statistical analysis which need to be turn on almost 24/

zell4687
I have requested RMA but due to the cost to send it to Netherland is almost 40% (£30) of the H80i cost itself + the £77 they want to hold for advance RMA, I decided to cancel the RMA to corsair and contact my reseller for a return. so yeah I will get a replacement from my reseller. I wont get my hopes up anyway cause I believe I will get the same batch of H80i (will most likely fail in one way or another later). And I cant just afford to pay for RMA cost (yes twice RMA cost is equall to 1 h80i unit price itself) It would be helpful if corsair not so secretive about their product and inform us if this is a batch problem, bad design or simply just high failure rate product. Since many ppl also have same problem and some of us have RMAed their cooler more than once, I guess I might think twice again before buying from corsair. Oh 1 more thing, I cant remember the name of the corsair customer service lady, but I hate her, I just feel that she is not taken my problem seriously from the way she talk. but nothing serious, she prolly busy and some ppl do that when they busy.
