stevek1977
I have 8GB of CMSA8GX3M2A1333C9 laying around and I am curious if it is compatible in my Mac mini (Mid 2010). I tried it, and the machine booted fine, but it seemed laggy. Ran memtest and it was fine, but the machine would lock-up randomly. Assuming the answer is no, but figured I would ask you guys to see if you have any suggestions. The http://www.corsair.com/en/memory-by-product-family/value-select-memory-upgrades/corsair-mac-memory-8gb-ddr3-sodimm-memory-kit-cmsa8gx3m2a1333c9.html states that it will work fine in 2011 versions, so I was curious if anyone had it working in the 2010 models. Thanks for your time.
peanutz94
I don't believe it will work in the 2010 models because of the density of the chips used to make the actual module...but let RamGuy confirm/Deny this please.
