George Colley
Earlier this year my K90 had to be RMA'd which cost me £25 , a quarter of what I paid for the keyboard however I went along with it anyway. Now again through no fault of my own my M90 has to be RMA'd and I am being faced with a £20-25 shipping fee again. This is pretty much half of the cost of the mouse and I wondered if there was anyway Corsair would pay for it? I purchased the mouse last September from amazon.co.uk by the way. Synthohol
i think if its 90 days or less for a subsequent RMA you can ask for a prepaid shipping label. once you have a case/RMA number, CALL Corsair and ask for one. explain the recent RMA and im sure they will help you the best they can. Yellowbeard
If it's the 2nd RMA on the same item, we'll cover shipping.
