sackaram
No idea really if this is where I should post this..but yeah.. So I have a problem that just occurred with my Corsair Vengeance 2000. Today totally randomly when I started them there was no sound, and I was like meh...I'll just restart them. But nope, the blue button that is supposed to blink when they are on, that ''light'' is on all the time now, and so is the orange ''light'' thats supposed to blink or whatever when it needs to be charged. And when I press the button to turn it off, nothing happens...non..just yeah... So, at the moment I have no sound, and I cant turn them off either, I've restared the computer, plugged out and in the usb device, but its still the same. Got any ideas? Edit, so headset ran out of batery after awhile, and then I charged it for about two hours, nothing happend till I tryed to push the start button quite hard, and it turnd on an works. Can delete thread, or save incase someone else happens to get the same issue.
digonalone
Good morning, now I'm having the same issue, both lights are ON and I try to shut off it but I can't, I doesn't happen anything, so I just have to wait for it goes off or what? I tried to reinstall drivers and restart computer but nothing happens, I'll have to wait 10h? Because I let them charging in night when I was sleeping for using them now, also, the headset now it's not connected and still in blue and orange solid lights :S

NTCosa
Go to the RMA Request link on the right side of this page, and fill out an RMA. From what I understand, when you open an RMA request, you get a ticket #, then if you don't hear back from RMA department is when you post here and personnel will review your ticket and make sure RMA dept gets it taken care of. If there is any issue with a product under warranty, open an RMA. If it did not act properly even once, it failed, there is something wrong and it could keep reoccurring as it did in your case. When you post and then say "nevermind it is fixed" they won't respond or warranty the product.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted June 5, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 5, 2013 Thanks for jumping in and helping NTCosa, and you are correct, Guys please try and drain the battery in the head set then plug them in and let them recharge fully and see if that solves the issue. If not then please as suggested by NTCosa please use the link on the left and request an RMA and we will be happy to replace them
