Question about RMA # 5652158

I had to RMA my 120GB force series SSD, rma was issued on 2/22, and I shipped promptly. Tracking indicates received and signed for on 2/28. As of today, 3/6, the support site still indicates the defective part has not been received.

 

Would it be possible to receive an update on the status of my RMA?

I am sorry but from tech support we can only tell you what you already know, I would suggest calling our customer service by phone and provide them the RMA# and your POD and see if they can get that processed ASAP.

 

I did send them a message for you but sorry to say that is about all I can do.
