v4p0rgt Posted March 7, 2013 Share Posted March 7, 2013 I had to RMA my 120GB force series SSD, rma was issued on 2/22, and I shipped promptly. Tracking indicates received and signed for on 2/28. As of today, 3/6, the support site still indicates the defective part has not been received. Would it be possible to receive an update on the status of my RMA? Thank you much!
