holden
I had some speakers that turned out to be faulty. After reading about them, many people had the same problem I had, loud popping and hissing. So I asked for an RMA and was given a number and so forth. But here is the kicker.....I have to pay an extra $50 for an upgrade. Geeze all I want is a set of speakers that I can use I don't have a problem with a product that comes up short, all companies have that happen. But the compnay should absorb the extra cost for the replacement. $50 is not chump change and since Corsair sold me a faulty product, they should absorb the upgrade fee. This is very bad!!!!!!
