MyntCondition Posted March 6, 2013 Share Posted March 6, 2013 This RMA is for an M90 suffering from the common scroll wheel defect. In the period of time the mouse got progressively worse, I purchased a Logitech G600 to replace it. This isn't to compare the two, it's simply that I've replaced the M90 with an alternative product that provides the same functionality (an "MMO" mouse), therefore receiving a new M90 would be a little redundant. Would it be possible to receive the M65 instead? I know it's probably not common to receive a different product than what we're returning, but considering the M65 is actually cheaper than the M90... I'm basically asking for a lesser product in return for my defective item, as it would suit my needs more at the moment. Any chance of this happening? The number is listed under contact on the main site and you can call the toll free number using SKYPE for free if you are out side the USA.
