Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 5, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 5, 2013 If this is a fan noise, I would like to find out what FW the cooler is using? You may not need to replace the cooler, a fan replacement may just solve the issue and are you certain that it is coming from the fan and not the pump? (case #5705655)both fans are 3 pins and they are humming like hell:mad: and i did phone to this number +18882224346 and they send an email to follow and fill the form etc..TECH SUPPORT PAGE "Based on the information you have provided, the best thing to do is send us your parts for replacement. Submitting this form will generate an RMA Request to Corsair, and Customer Service will respond to your request within 24-48 business hours excluding weekends and Holidays. Please provide the following information, then on the next screen a shipping label will be generated that you can use to return your parts" i still never fill that form.... still waiting for RAM GUY for his response but:mad:
