Spencley
Currently very disappointed in the purchase, Paid for what would be considered a state of the art headset for the price paid. I have already made a Topic on the cracked headset but recieved no word back after being told to contact support for some sort of replacement procedure.. no response on the forums or email from them.... The headset is cracked just above the left Speaker, The black plastic is cracked the silver part is not damaged.... after being told to go through a procedure to get something worked out i then stopped hearing from the people i contacted who should be considering the options(something along those lines). After no response and not wanting to make a fuss i figured i could live with a crack in the black plastic, Audio was not affected. However i went to use the Headset today and now i have a solid amber light, even when the headset is turned off and the wireless USB receiver is unplugged. Also the Blue light is Solid when the headset is turned on and does not blink or flash. Incredibly disappointed. much cheaper headsets i have owned have worked without problems for much longer periods of time. Edit - Checked the old forum post again and i have a response from the staff, saying they will take care of it if i give the referance number, Is this still viable since it has been around 1 month.. The last email i got was telling me to wait for RMA Confirmation.
Spencley
Upate - The blue light has gone off completely, and upon plugging the headset in to charge the amber light stays solid for a moment and then begins To flash amber. However the blue light will not come on at all now.

digonalone
I'm experiencing the same problem whit the lights, they never go off, I don't know what to do. The headset was in charge all night, I was thinking to use them this morning and I can't, both lights are on all time and I can't turn off the headset, I don't know what to do, it doesn't work, I can't use them, no sound and the microphone dones't work too, so dissapointing. Toasted
Let the battery drain. Then fully recharge it and it should work fine.
