Xhinde
I just got my H110 and i quite like it. I have a ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe bord and connected both fan connectors to CPUFan socket 1 and 2, but they always spin at max rate so i have to lower it manually in OHW. Should i connect them to the other fan connections? Or wont the system boot because it doesnt see a CPU fan is connected?
Toasted
It's fine. Just make sure the pump's power connection is plugged into a header that constantly provides power to the pump.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 5, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 5, 2013 Leave both fans connected to the CPU_fan headers (1&2), that way the fans rpm changes when CPU temp changes. Connect the pump to a fan header where you can disable Smart-fan or Q-fan, you need the pump to run at max rpm all the time.
