East Coast, RMA'd supply Tues., still no update

#5664404 is the case number. The +12 volt connector on my CORSAIR Builder Series CX600 600W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply burned out and left a brown mark on my motherboard. The yellow wire connected to it is brown. I simply told support that the connector burned out and upon putting my old power supply in, the motherboard was still working. The anonymous support man or woman apologized and told me to go ahead and RMA it. I put it in a box and gave it to the USPS on Tuesday around 9:30. I realize it takes time to get across the nation, but was wondering if I could have an estimate as to when I would get a replacement power supply. I check my case frequently and even today still see, "Defective Parts Not Yet Received."

From the ticket:

Once your package is received, Corsair will process your replacement order in 3-5 days.

All replacements within the US will be shipped UPS Ground Service and expected transit times are as follows:

West Coast: 1- 2 days

Mid West: 2 - 4 days

East Coast: 4 - 5 days

So is it safe to assume that USPS was slow and still hasn't delivered it to Ca. even though it was shipped Tuesday? I guess depending on how long they take, I won't have a replacement til next week. Don't take it as me complaining about you guys. I'm sure once you get it, you'll do your part asap, but I just don't see how it couldn't have arrived yet. I looked on the USPS site and just did a test. If I mailed a medium flat rate box tomorrow after 9am, it would get there by Wednsday. I'll have to check my receipt I guess.

 

Edit: USPS says it was delivered on the 27th and it is the 3rd now. Why doesn't your site say it received it?

Final Edit: I called customer service today. They did receive it Wednesday but have been backed up and if I don't see any update by Wednesday this week, I should call back.
