Ash_0 Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 Hi, I received my order #100033814 yesterday, however the shipment was incomplete, I have received everything but the 2 "Dominator Platinum Light bar Upgrade Kits (SKU# CMDLBUK02B)" I had ordered. I've sent an email to "rmaservice@corsair.com" to claim for the missing items. Is this the right course of action ? I know it would be best to call the CS directly on Monday but, unfortunately, my english is very limited... Any help would be much appreciated.
