H100i Red & Blue LEDS died

Hi Corsair Community,

I installed a new power supply this morning, the AX860i from Corsair.


When I booted up the LED on my cooler only shows green.


Everything else works perfectly. Blue is my favourite colour. Don't like green. If I slide green down to zilch I have no colour at all.


This seems to be a common problem from what I have read.


I am still an avid fan of Corsair components.


I actually received new fans for my cooler in yesterday's post only three days after receiving an email that they had been dispatched.


That really is service. Thanks for that Corsair.

You can request an RMA to replace the H100i.




Thanks. I have already requested an RMA and received an email. I'm in Australia so about 18 hours ahead of Corsair headquarters. Received another email this morning so 10 minutes on the phone to organise an Advanced RMA as it is only the LEDS that are not functioning.


Corsair tech support are very helpful and efficient.

Hi, I spoke to tech support or customer support last Saturday morning my time in Australia. Gentleman gave me a new RMA # 1288309 for Case #5683884. My credit card has a transaction pending for Corsair. I was told I would receive an email confirming all this. Still no emails.


I have sent an email to rma@corsair.com every morning and still no reply.


Not impressed with this service after all previous service was excellent.
