peanutz94 Posted March 1, 2013 Share Posted March 1, 2013 Victorio, you could call CS and they could give you an update right away if it has been received.. I'm sure everything is just fine. The system is just slow to update sometimes.It just means that it has not been entered into their system yet or has not been delivered yet. I know it takes about 10-14 business days for an RMA to be processed and shipped when your out of the US. Do you have any confirmation that it was delivered to them?
