help regarding RMA Case #5656575

On friday 22. I made an RMA to replace my fans on my H100i, as many others. In the notice from your tech support, I was told to send a mail to Harold to confirm that I had made the RMA. I did that 15 minutes after recieving an e-mail telling me to do so.


I have yet to recieve any confirmation in this matter, so I am beginning to wonder if everything went correctly.

syvelyn, If possible I would really suggest calling CS and they would be able to give you an upadtae right away.


If you are out of the US or overseas you can instal and use SKYPE to make the call to the toll free number for nothing.
