Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 28, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 28, 2013 The Corsair Link GPU node can do Two PCI-E connections so depending on the Video Card One Node may only do one card unless it only takes one PCI-E. tastyhouse
haha doesn't matter, the GPU node doesn't report correct voltage anyway! I have it set up on my GTX 660TI and it doesn't report anything.
iWingers
Hello Can the Corsair Link GPU Node connect to 2 seperate Vid Cards like if you had a crossfire setup? You could buy two of these with a Corsair Cooling Node and Commander and it should work fine, as they only have two 6+2 pin cables. If you only have 8 pin cards then I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use a single GPU node. haha doesn't matter, the GPU node doesn't report correct voltage anyway! I have it set up on my GTX 660TI and it doesn't report anything. I'm using my GPU Node on a 680, and it's reporting power fine. You have to change it in Corsair Link from Temperature, to Power and it'll report in Watts. Also, it should be plugged into the sensor slot of a Cooling Node connected to a Link Commander. tastyhouse
not so much - i've posted about this before. the gpu node is connected to the cooling node via the analog connector - I've changed it to a power device and it just flashes red. when i set it to temperature it reports some random temperature. I've been told thats yet another thing that needs to be fixed. what fw version is your cooling node?
iWingers
I'm on f/w 1.2.5 for the Cooling Node, and 2.2.0 for the Software. Also, running Windows 8 Pro which isn't supposed to be supported, don't know if that makes a difference.
