RMA Case : 5647713

Recommended Posts

Not sure if I'm not using the Corsair website properly but I'm unable to get a status report on case #5647713

I simply get taken to my submitted details when entering case and password, with an advisory about not resubmitting the request and creating a new one.

An update would be nice please, and perhaps if its not user error making the RMA website not work a note advising people of the issue/lack of advertised functionality would also be appreciated I'm sure.

Appreciate the quick response Technobeard, I just got an update email sent through I guess pushed by yourself. That email was the first I've had since I was requested to send the parts to you.

I'd like to suggest that an email is automatically sent when the parts are received, would ease a lot of peoples minds knowing that nothing got lost in transit without manually having to check on the status. Or if this is meant to happen already, maybe there is an issue preventing the email from being sent out which should be looked into :)

The direct link to the RMA status works, however attempting to log in with case number and password is the method I was trying and appears to only take you to the original form submitted. If you'd like to try with my case id and password to see if you can replicate then feel free. I can send the password privately if your system doesn't allow you to see it.

Thanks for pointing me in the direction of the direct link again, I will use that from now on instead of the credential method.
