Ripshod
Finally got an RMA raised for replacement fans for a H80i, 5608657. In the email they're asking me to package up and return the items. I can't do this, it'll leave a client without his PC for however long it take to get the replacements back. If this is my only option I'll cancel the RMA and buy replacement fans to keep this client. Synthohol
call them and ask for an advance RMA or if you even have to send them back at all. but speak to someone on the phone, the email could just be a generic response. http://www.corsair.com/us/company/contact/ use SKYPE if you need to, its toll-free either way. snfo
No you don't have to return your fans if you are talking about the buzz/high pitch noise problem

Ripshod
A month later and still nothing. I swear they are waiting for me to return something. If that's the case I'll not bother and I'll fit GTs to it.
