RMA question

No, the only number is in the uS. But you can instal SKYPE and make the call to the toll free number for nothing

 

But anyway you should be able to log into your account and it should be posted in the messages. Look under "product returns"

 

Also it may take 24hrs or so before the Corsair staff can get to your post. They will get to you!

Ramguy is always "offline" His offline/online staus is set to "hidden" So he could be on now and you wouldn't know it.

 

Anyway , have you checked your junk mail folder or tried to log into you account here to check on your RMA status?

 

It really would be best if try to call the CS number if you can.

Yes, they are now available. Submit an RMA request and we can send you the new set of fans.

 

 

RAMGUY are you sure? This is my reply for costumer support

The new H100i fans are scheduled to be available by the end of February or early March. I have updated the notes on case# 5613429 to send the new fans when they become available.

Thats what I was told too.

 

"We don't have the fans in stock yet but we can process your request so that when they are in inventory in about 2-3 weeks, we'll send you the fans."

 

I dont mind the wait, I'm just curious to know if they're available yet or not. Great customer support by the way.

Hi I received a reply to my RMA yesterday saying that my replacement fans would be shipped today, the only question is, as I am on firmware V1.04 do I need to upgrade to V1.05 to run the new pwm fans?

 

Let me get in touch with our PM and make sure that this is the case. I'll get back to you regarding this.
