bkhan
Hello, I've gotten my RMA # and I'm ready to ship the H80 to have it repaired for the noise issue. But what is an acceptable form of return packaging? I have the original H80 box (basically this thing: http://i.imgur.com/1SoiCv1.jpg ). Screws, mounts, RAD, and fans are all inside in their original positions in the cradling cardboard. Can I stick the print-out label on top and take it to FedEx? Or do I need to put this box, inside another box -- such as a FedEx box. This will probably add to my shipping costs, so I'm reluctant. Please advise. Thank you. Toasted
It's better to get a box that is for shipping as the H80 retail box isn't really durable.
wemdee
If possible, I would call and switch to an advanced RMA. They will send you the new one and you just put the old one back in the box for return. They will place a hold on a credit card until they get the old unit back.
