Looks like both case #s are filled out correctly. Ignore other automated replies, we do not need anything back from you guys. I will have customer service look into these cases and will have them provide an update for you guys.

I put the numbers located on the end of the radiator where the hoses come out, they are on a white sticker. I'm not sure if those are the right ones or not but they looked similar to the ones shown in the example pictures.

I still have no response or update on my case #5634587 that I issued on 2/20/2013.

I have received my PWM fans and swapped my old 3-pin ones out today and I must say that I am very glad to hear my computer without any high pitch whines. It is such a relief and I would like to thank Corsair for sending replacement fans for free without wanting anything returned.

I can finally enjoy my h100i. Thanks Corsair.

Same here, I requested my RMA on Feb. 22th, sent confirmation to haroldn... No answer or RMA status update yet.

 

RMA #5650951

 

Call their tech support on skype for free. That's what I did and as soon as I said my case # and problem, they asked if I sent a confirmation to Haroldn, after I said that I had they said that the fans will be shipping at the end of the day and 2 days later calling tech support I received fans. I strongly advise you to call their free number and ask them directly.
