crono Posted February 24, 2013 Share Posted February 24, 2013 Hello I requested a RMA for new fans for my H100i and after checking my case status it still says "Defective Parts Not Yet Received". Ignore other automated replies, we do not need anything back from you guys. I will have customer service look into these cases and will have them provide an update for you guys. crono Posted February 25, 2013 Author Share Posted February 25, 2013 I put the numbers located on the end of the radiator where the hoses come out, they are on a white sticker. It is such a relief and I would like to thank Corsair for sending replacement fans for free without wanting anything returned. I can finally enjoy my h100i. Thanks Corsair. That's what I did and as soon as I said my case # and problem, they asked if I sent a confirmation to Haroldn, after I said that I had they said that the fans will be shipping at the end of the day and 2 days later calling tech support I received fans.
