omarzellal
I heard that the fan in the Corsair gs800 won't spin only if the system is at 20% (actually saw that in the box) of the its load. But, even when I am playing games (Dirt 3), the fan won't spin! is that Okay? The PSU spins when I turn on the computer for a second, then its stops. peanutz94
It's actually a combination of temps and load. Temps need to be about 40c and somewhere around 45% load. so if those conditions are not being met it is completely normal. Can you put your hand on the PSU when your gaming? Try running P95 and furmark at the same time to load your system and that would be a good test of the fan . he PSU spins when I turn on the computer for a second, then its stops. This is the PSu doing a "self-test" of the fan and also normal. Your system as a whole isn't very power hungry so you may never see the fan spin.
