lifealert
Just received my M95 yesterday. Plugged it in and it works. Problem is that the software itself isn't letting me change settings like the dpi or led. I've followed instructions updated my firmware numerous times. Also reinstalled the software numerous times. But the odd thing is if I reinstall the software all the options will work, but if i close it and open the software menu everything is unable to change. I used this mouse in the 3.0 at first, but then inserted in the 2.0 and is still having problems. Everything works fine besides the software menu. I don't know if it is purposely to be this way or not.

Toasted
When you are changing the DPI settings, did you save it to the M95 and enable hardware playback to see if it works? When you assign buttons 12 and 13 to copy+paste, Did you use the Copy\Paste function under basic buttons (Advanced Options) or did you do the MR method? But when I could enable hardware playback it wouldn't work anyways. I used the advanced functions for copy and paste. When I press 12 + 13 to paste it would just paste v or c. http://puu.sh/26Ua9 http://puu.sh/26UaI These pictures shows what I'm talking about. It's not letting me do anything almost. Toasted
Click the "i" icon at the top right hand corner. Is the M95 detected correctly? Have you tried running the program as admin? Do you have any other gaming device software installed in on your computer? If so, try uninstalling them. Latest BIOS and chipset drivers?
lifealert
Okay I think I got it to work now by running as admin. I had to set the program to run as admin every time I open it. The mouse seems to work in my 3.0 usb as well. So when I open it each time it'll display do I want to run as admin.
Toasted
It sounds like UAC alert. If you don't want to see it disable UAC. Did you enable the checkbox under Compatibility so you can just double click the program instead of right clicking > run as admin. If not, you can do it by right clicking the shortcut > Compatibility > Run this program as administrator".

Toasted
Manually assign the Buttons to Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V using the MR button. Instructions in page 10 in the quick reference guide provided with the software archive. It might be a software bug.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted February 25, 2013 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 25, 2013 When you do simultaneous keypressing (like Ctrl+C), its best to set the delays to "Ignore Delays" so the keyboard mimics it correctly.
