dreamworkz Posted February 21, 2013 Share Posted February 21, 2013 Hi, I have the h100i problem, I opened this case 3 days ago, but have still not heard back, can anyone let me know what happens? it's the problem with the high pitched fans noise, I have taken those fans off and put some others on there, connected it to the corsair h100i controller and I no longer have the problem. what can I do? am I being forgotten about? :S this h100i is 5 days old!!!! I called customer service and got an rma number now, but they said i have to return the entire product?????? ramguy says here: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=113512&page=2 that i dont have to return the entire unit, just the fans? or what is going on? help please!
