advanced RMA and shipping

Last week i made a RMA request and it's accepted. Then i contacted with CS and requested for free shipping. It's accepted too and i got a free shipping label from ups.

Yesterday I contacted with the customer service for advanced RMA. They said in 1-2 days replacement PSU will be shipped. And once it arrives i'll send the faulty one.

The RMA id was 5606668. But now new advanced RMA id is 1287683. I guess i need a new shipping label. Can you help me please?

I wrote to CS about that bu didn't get answer.

And also i didn't get any information mail about advanced RMA.

Can you help me please?
