Hello All!

 

Ramguy, can you help me with the Case #5626304? I got an email

explaining ive got nothing to send back and Herold (?) told me

i got the fans shipping this week. But the ticket is still "on hold".

 

Did you still waiting for something i need to bring?

I just checked it and looks like the fans are shipping out later on today. You do not have to send anything back to us, if you ever get that automated response from a standard RMA, just ignore the part where it says that you need to return the defective unit back because this is not a standard RMA.

Heya!

 

Hehehe... Nooooo. :) I dont want to run push/pull. I just have 2 H100i

in 2 PCs. Each of them got 2 Fans in the package. ;): Shall I send both

the receipes again? All I want, is to kill the issues on both my coolers, instead

of just one.
