Hi Ramguy REF MY RMA#5616723 I received an email on 16/02/2013 stating



Replacement parts will be shipped out tomorrow.


My RMA still shows N/A against "Shipping Date" etc and I have not received tracking details.

please look into this for me

We ran out of the fans but more are scheduled to be here in the next few days and as soon as they are they will ship out to you. That is all I can tell you from Tech support but I will send out customer service a message and ask them to give you an update ASAP. Other wise please call our customer service by phone and I am sure they can help you.
