alanwhit
I've purchased this PSU in December, from the start it has done a "buzzing" noise under load (when the fan start/stop spinning ) at first I wasn't paying too much attention to it ,but now it has become very annoying and frustrating ( I've tried everything, for example disabling power features etc , but nothing changed). I would like to know if is possible to do an advanced RMA for one person like me who lives in Italy, and what is the right procedure to do it. Kind regards
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 28, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 28, 2013 Sorry to hear that. Yes, the advance replacement process is available world wide but you need to submit an RMA request first then once you have received the confirmation email, call our customer service and they will be able to arrange an advance replacement for you.
