HadesGTR
Hi all, this is my 2nd thread here since I had another problem with a Corsair product. My Hydro H100i heatsink has a problem: the red LED refuses to turn on. When it does, it blinks for a second or too (like a broken Neon) and then it turns off. This is part of a gift made to me by a friend of mine (as already stated in this thread: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=635292#post635292), so I was wondering if there's a chance to have a RMA for it too... Please let me know. Regards, Hades.

HadesGTR
Update: I just received Support mails for both of the RMA I asked for, at the moment I received only 1 RMA number confirmed: #5651601 , however, what if I can't afford the shipping to Corsair? :(
Toasted
Contact customer service via phone and ask if they can assist with the shipping. They may be able to help you. Also, remove your email address the prevent bots from sending you spam.
HadesGTR
Thanks for the tip, seems like Technobeard removed it before I could, anyways, is there any italian customer support phone number?
Toasted
No, there isn't a Italian customer support phone number only US. You can call customer service via Skype using Corsair's toll-free number.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 25, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 25, 2013 Thanks for the tip, seems like Technobeard removed it before I could, anyways, is there any italian customer support phone number? Best is to contact our customer service, explain the issue and I am pretty sure they will work with you in terms of shipping arrangement. Toasted is correct, install Skype so you can call them toll free.
HadesGTR
I just called the customer service with my crappy English, seems like I have to call UPS and ask for a shipping to Corsair just telling them my name. Any further indication? I mean, RMA Number anywhere or something like that?
