Incorrect RMA form? Case #5628132

I am trying to replace a cracked headset (Vengeance 2k) and I've requested technical support through Technical Support Express. They have returned to me a case # and link to fill an RMA request. However, when I arrive at the page to complete the application, I see nothing regarding audio or the Vengeance 2000s. I see questions only relating to memory, yet I am attempting to replace a headset. I would love to receive more information regarding this topic soon!
