tariq19
system specs intel core i7 3770k @4.2 ghz 1.308 volts idle temps 32-38c load @ 60-63c these numbers are with the corsair h70, the problem is i was getting the same temperatures with the cooler master hyper 212 fan. im also using antec formula 6 and the cooler is tightened all the way how can i lower my temps further? also the fans are spinning at the loudest at all times. wytnyt
those are actually fairly good temps to have.my 3770 with an h80 gets about the same temps as these.were you overclocked when you had the reg fan on? i think the biggest difference between air and water is using water you get a longer steady temp under a sustained load where air would tend to rise after a sustained period. tariq19
yea same volts / speed when i had the air cooler , after burn test though my temps are going higher then the cooler master ever did. somethings not right
wytnyt
you may want to check the thermal paste and the block for proper mounting, theres not alot of problems that can arise with these coolers

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 19, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 19, 2013 TBH with you, I am not seeing a problem here. Your temps looks good both idle and under load. Changing fan orientation inside the case may help to lower it down but may not be significant as your temp at the moment is good as it is.
