legepe
hi guys, Just built a pc and have a problem with 8 channel audio. Spec's: Motherboard: M5A78L-M USB3 Processor: AMD Bulldozer FX-411 3.60Ghz Quad Core Memory: 8 gb OS: Windows 7 (64bit) Surround sound speaker system: Creative Inspire T7900 I purchased the motherboad as a bundle and it comes with an 8 channel audio divice installed. The HD audio is enabled in the BIOS, and I have updated the drivers for the HD audio and tried different configurations of the output jacks, however only one of the jacks will work. Is there something else i can try to get the surround sound working or is it a fault with the motherboard i bought as a bundle..? Any help would be appreciated legepe
WLF68
7.1 needs to be enabled in the Realtek HD Audio Manager or in windows. The audio manager is downloaded with the drivers on Asus' website, but sir, this maybe the wrong place for this thread :nono: I think?
