I don't need to return the units (H-100i's) all I need are replacement USB cables. I'd like to know how long it will take to send out the replacement USB cables. The guy that built my computer says they were not included in the boxes. Not sure about that. But nonetheless I really need the USB cables ASAP. Thanks for checking on this RMA. Depends really where you are i the world. Most RMA's take between 7-10 business days to complete. And a few more days to a week if you are outside the US or overseas. The best thing to do would be to call CS and have them handle the RMA as it will process much faster than using the online method. The cooler will still work without the cables, just no LINK support.
