I don't need to return the units (H-100i's) all I need are replacement USB cables. I'd like to know how long it will take to send out the replacement USB cables. The guy that built my computer says they were not included in the boxes. Not sure about that. But nonetheless I really need the USB cables ASAP. Thanks for checking on this RMA.
