Case #5610946

I had a 2 yr old Force 120 give up the ghost on me over the weekend. I submitted a case Sunday, and the site keeps telling me the above number is wrong, and it doesn't recognize my email. Since I haven't gotten even an acknowledgement email, and it tells me it doesn't recognize my credentials, I resubmitted and I keep getting the same thing. The site says I'd be directed to a page to print a label, but I never see it. I'm getting frustrated as my system is down for the week, working on a loaner, and I haven't got the drive mailed out. I need to get this ball rolling before I'm called out of town again.


Is this number valid? How do I get this drive back for service?

I just looked up that case and there's literally NOTHING under case 5610946 (no name, email address, nada). Couldn't find anything under your forum email address either. Please create a new case and post your new case number here and I'll take care of it.
