Status of RMA #5576496

Tracking said package was delivered 2/11/13 at 1:24 pm. My case page still says that the part has not been received, I also emailed customer support and haven't heard back. Does it normally take this long for it to be updated because it says 24 hours, or did my package actually not get there?

It can take 24-48 Business hours so that is not out of line. But I would suggest calling our customer service with your POD and see if they can force the RMA through the system. The number is listed under contact on the main site.
