Baphomet_FR Posted February 14, 2013 Share Posted February 14, 2013 Firstaval sorry for my english Hi Motherboard MSI Z77A G45 with an Core I5 3570K 3.4 GHz I bought recently Corsair ram : CORSAIR VENGEANCE 2 X 4 GO DDR3 PC12800 CAS 9 Frequency PC12800 (1600 MHz) ECC Non Registered Non Timings 9-9-9-24 1,50 V Référence CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 My bios configure my ram at 1333 MhZ. So i try to configure manually in overclocking setting bios at 1600 Mhz but it seems it's not correct. What do you think about screen ? peanutz94 Posted February 14, 2013 Share Posted February 14, 2013 Your already running at 1600mhz. Look at your first CPUz shot. It shows a DRAM frequency of 800mhz. DDR stands for Double Data Rate...so you would take 800mhz x 2 would equal 1600mhz. If the system is stable you should be good to go. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have 1600 MHz cause i set value in manual on overclock bios option of my motherboard. How can i have 1600 MHz in auto mode ? Do i need to update motherboard bios for compatibity with my ram.
