Catalytic
Hello, I have this product for 6 months more or less. Yesterday I installed Windows 8 at my Computer. I tried to install Corsair Vengeance 2000 drivers but the install failed. I tried to turn them on today but the blue led at headphones when I press the button is dead and I can't hear any sound. Furthermore I connect them to PC via the cable for charging, the PC respond with a sound but the headphones' orange light is dead too. Any ideas? Sorry for my bad english. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 14, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 14, 2013 Did this occur after charging the headset? If theres no activity at all, it wouldn't be affected by software installation. It would be more of a battery issue.

Toasted
It sounds like the battery is dead/not charging. Request an RMA to replace the headset. Note: When the headset is fully charged (green L.E.D.) make sure you disconnect the charging cable to prevent the battery from dying quickly.
