GhoStBuSteR Posted February 13, 2013 Share Posted February 13, 2013 Hello! I have watched the forums for a while now. I have the high pitched noise coming from my cooler, the H100i. RMA GUY told in a thread that that new fans would fix the problem. However, I do not understand the RMA process. The page seems to be really buggy and awkward. I made an RMA request and was given the case number 5613982 but was not given a password. I did the "forgot password" -thingy and it gave me a password. But when i enter to check for status, I only see the info I have already submitted and two buttons labeled "send" and "cancel". I have now sent the info again. For some reason, the password has now changed. What am I supposed to do? :confused: When am I supposed to get answered? :confused: Please answer swiftly.
