mf2385
Hey guys I have an issue with my Corsair H100i not being able to get monitored/tweaked with Corsair Link 2.2.0. I have switched the USB headers from the unit and still nothing. Here is my thread I started on Guru3D to see if anyone can help. I have screenshots posted and things I've tried on there. So basically this is a continuation. Thanks for the help ahead of time. http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=374883

svtfmook
Stock fans dude and everything. odd. i would say problem with the fans, but, i would be very surprised to see both fans have the same issue. i would start by uninstalling link, delete the corsair folder in programs, then delete the corsair folder in c:/users/user name/app data/roaming, reboot, then reinstall link and see if it still happens. do you have the fans on the same Y connector going into the h100? mf2385
The fans should be on the same Y connector. Pretty sure. I just tried doing all of that and same results. Should I try to move the fan connectors around maybe idk..
mf2385
I don't know maybe the usb cord is bad or I should try to get an adapter to run it to an external USB connection like the guy did in this post and got his to work: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=114840
mf2385
Would something like this work? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Internal-to-external-USB-cable-USB-A-to-5-way-header-/330860306216?pt=UK_Computing_USB_Cables&hash=item4d08cf9f28 The USB cable might be bad that came with it too. It seems kind of loose and I even tried to hot swap the headers and no notifications when plugged in or anything..
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 15, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 15, 2013 If you want to try connecting the USB on the rear I/O panel, you could use something like this, http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/31VqcLgWGUL._SL500_SS500_.jpg
