Andysocial
Hi - I picked up this stick cheap online and when it arrived I was very impressed as I threw 30+GB of HD movie files onto it in no time at all. Now however, when I plug it into the USB3 ports on my PC, the blue light flashes and nothing happens - I hear the USB connection sound but that's it. If I plug it into a USB2.0 port, the same thing happens but with a bubble notification that it can perform faster in a USB3.0 port. The stick isn't listed under "Computer" in Win 7 and disk management seems to hang until the stick is removed. My question is, it it even possible to RMA a factory reconditioned drive or do I have to go through the reseller? Thanks
Andysocial
Should add that an XP laptop gives it a drive letter but prompts to insert a disk if you try and access it. Unable to format the drive too.

Andysocial
I should have just read the packaging as it clearly states "30 day warranty" right on the front! - Doh! I'll request an RMA :o:
