Status of RMA # 5567887

Hello RAM guy. I am inquiring on the status for RMA # 5567887, which I believe was received on Friday 02/08/13 as per my Fedex tracking.

The tech support express page does not update status for some reason.

 

Thank you for your help.

<edit> I got a hold of customer service on the phone and should wait 2-3 business days for the unit to process and be received officially in the warehouse system.

 

I will follow up at that point.

It does not show that it was received in the system yet, I would suggest calling our customer service by phone with your POD and they can expedite the RMA for you. The number is listed under contact on the main site.

POD = Proof Of Delivery!

You will normally get an email once its received in the system and then another email once the Tracking information has posted. Normally with in 24-48 Hours. That would be by Tuesday Afternoon since we are closed on weekends

I contacted customer service and was told it was received and that a unit was to be shipped soon (yesterday). Any way I can get an update on what the tracking number is for said unit? (or if it's not shipped yet when I should contact service for this)

 

I must say, service is great with you guys (thanks!), but the RMA status component of the website is atrocious. There was never once an update (not your faults, but maybe something that could be updated in the future).

I am sorry and I agree with you and we have a plan in place to fix the RMA Status notifications that will be in place with in 30 Days. But yes please give it a few hours and then call our customer service if you do not get the email notification. I did send them a message but that may take some time.
