Skrylex
Hello, I have this PSU GS600 less than two weeks and it`s driving me crazy. I have tried already the tips from this sticky thread called “Noisy PSU? Read this first!” and the problem stills persist. The problem with this stuff is when it tries to spin and when it stops, at high speeds the sound is gone. I get the annoying sound whenever I want to play a 3D game. I have seen a lot of people with the same issue with the GS series and getting a replacement doesn`t seem to fix it. Do you think that I can fix this by getting case fan and placing it under the PSU so it will get cool constant air flow, so the PSU will not need to spin the fan? Very disappointed with this product, it drives me CRAZY and VERY MAD! I have exactly the same problem as this guy
peanutz94
please use the link on the left to request an RMA or call CS and let them know what it's doing and how old. Generally they will cover shipping on units less than 30 days old. Or you could always return it to your retailer too if thats the way you want to go about it. If you submit an RMA and get it replaced through our RMA process, you replacement will not have this issue. We are fully aware of this issue and it has been addressed and fixed.
