simracingmaster Posted February 10, 2013 Share Posted February 10, 2013 #5437328 I opened a case on Dec 29th 2012 to report an issue with one of the H100 fans operating at full speed all the time. Initially I exchanged a few emails with the support team and an RMA was approved. However, since then (Jan 12 2013) the support team is not even responding to my emails! The support case has gone completely dead and I'm having to put up with a flawed part in my new PC!
