Case Open Since Dec 2012

I opened a case on Dec 29th 2012 to report an issue with one of the H100 fans operating at full speed all the time.


Initially I exchanged a few emails with the support team and an RMA was approved. However, since then (Jan 12 2013) the support team is not even responding to my emails!


The support case has gone completely dead and I'm having to put up with a flawed part in my new PC!


The least you could do is to respond to my emails; completely ignoring your customers is really frustrating.
