ZwerverRoodbaar
Since this morning I've got the weirdest problem with the Corsair K60 keyboard. It seems that the ASDF and the JKL; keys don't work anymore. The keyboard is plugged into a USB2.0 port, because it doens't work in the USB3 .0 ports at all. That also something new since this morning, I've always plugged it in the USB3.0 ports. Is this a mechanical problem or is there something wrong with the firmware? If its mechanical I will send it to my retailer.
stratosrally
As tech support won't be in until tomorrow - give them a little time to respond. I would imagine that this would probably lead to an RMA for a replacement keyboard, although they might want you to try a few things first. Toasted
Try the K60 on another computer, do the keys work? If not, Contact your seller and ask if they can replace it for you. If not request an RMA to replace it.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 21, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 21, 2013 If the keyboard stopped working all together, the only suggestion is to get it replaced and you can do so through your retailer or us through a RMA.
