Che3se Posted February 9, 2013 Share Posted February 9, 2013 A few days ago I posted in the Improvement Thread that my new Vengeance 2000 cracked. I had the same problem last year, so I used RMA to get a new one in novemer/december. Now my question is, is it worth using RMA again (is a new version which will not break at the same place again available)? Well if that isn't the case then I hate to ask for it, but I would like to have a refund, because as my only source of sound (dont have a speaker system) I can't afford to send my Headset back every 2/3 month for about a week or 2.
