gokcegoktan Posted February 6, 2013 Author Share Posted February 6, 2013 After completing the RMA, I received 3 more e-mails. RMA approved, request received and assigned. The last e-mail is about a return label but at the first e-mail you say that I do not have to return the broken standoff screws. As I understand from the additional comment at the first e-mail, I am waiting you to send me the bracket kit free of charge. I'm sure they are working on it and will get your parts out to you as soon as possible. But it does take some time. I would suggest you call CS and they could give you a status update instantly. gokcegoktan Posted February 18, 2013 Author Share Posted February 18, 2013 I received my new stand off screws today. Thank to Corsair again. There may be a small problem with the new screws. The screws that I received are longer than the original (H100i) ones, and they are close to black color, not grey. I think the screws that I received are for H100 not H100i.
