TX750 - unexpected shutdown

Hello,

I may have a problem with my TX750. My computer seems to randomly lose power, the monitor will lose the signal and the power light on the tower turns off. This has happened modeling with Rhino or Revit, browsing internet, rendering with 3ds max, even just sitting on the desktop.

Usually the computer turn back on without problems, there is only the windows screen that says that was an unexpected shutdown and asks me if I want restart windows normaly. But sometimes the computer has a hard time turning back on. I'll hit the power button, the lights and fans will kick on for a second or two, then everything dies. But if let the PC down for one day it power on again.

I've owned the PSU since Genuary 2011, like all the other hardware of my first PC built. But more or less one year ago it was the first shutdown. The frequence of the shutdown growed up until December 2012, when it happened 2 times per day. At the end of december the PC died. The screen was black, windows didn't start. There was a CPU red led on the MB. So I tested the DDR and the graphics card, but those were ok. So I replaced under warranty the MB and the CPU. Now I have the brand new CPU and the MB from one week and I had already 4 unexpected shutdowns. No CPU red light on my MB. Even now, most of the time everything is fine, it's just occasionally this happens. Tried the paperclip test for the heck of it, passed.

I had some alert in my AI Suite II of ASUS MB like that:

Only sometimes the shutdown corresponds to an alert "CPU 0 Abnormal" but not always.

Any chance this is indeed a problem with the PSU? Unfortunetely I don't have another to test.

Thanks much for any help.
