Duality
Booted my machine to discover that my already noisy and irritating H100i has now got not a single working LED. Not amused. Anyway - I notice that the number to call to get something like this dealt with is in the US. Will I have much luck getting an advance replacement for something like this? How painful is the RMA procedure for us lot across the pond? I would rather call as my last support ticket went quite a while before I got a response. Experiences or advice welcomed. Cheers! Toasted
RMA's are worldwide. You can call customer service via Skype by using their toll-free number.
Clydonian
I placed an Advanced Rma on my h80 to which corsair replaced with a h80i (they rock), ARMA works fine here in the UK, you must ring them though, the toll free number is only free in the US, first place your RMA online, once you have your RMA number ring the number for Customer service tell them you would like an ARMA give them the RMA#, you will need a card though as they place a temporary hold on the card for the amount of the product, They can arrange pickup as well but you must ask for it, as long as they get the unit back with 2 week the funds will be released back. Hope that helps.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 15, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 15, 2013 Anyway - I notice that the number to call to get something like this dealt with is in the US. Advance RMA can be done world wide, but you will need to call customer service to set up the process. As Toasted pointed out, you can install Skype and call the toll free number. This is the only way we can process advance replacements.
MacNB
Anyway - I notice that the number to call to get something like this dealt with is in the US. Will I have much luck getting an advance replacement for something like this? How painful is the RMA procedure for us lot across the pond? Duality, I am in the UK and just did an advanced RMA (ARMA) yesterday. It's best to get a case number by clicking on the link on the left for RMA and then call the Corsair customer services (via SKYPE) with the case number. I had to wait for about 5 minutes while on hold ...it was way past my bed time (nearly mid-night) but seems to be a good time to call as calling earlier you will get long wait times and eventually will drop you into a voicemail. I spoke with a very helpful rep who guided me through the process. You will need a credit card so that they can hold a "deposit" (but want charge your card unless you fail to return the faulty product). He issued me an ARMA number I was told I should receive an email today with details of the replacements. But nothing received so far...need to be patient I guess. So go ahead and call them..its the best way.
