Status of RMA 5532218

Hi guys,

 

Just wondering where things are up to with this RMA? The last update was from Corsair saying that 'it would be passed on to customer service'. I've asked for an update but nothing. It's been a few weeks now.

There is no 8 Pin PCI-E cable the cable you have is correct the 6+2 Cable is what you would use for an 8 Pin PCI-E Connection. So I am sorry there is nothing we can send you that you dont already have.

And if you need an extra cable they are available through our web store.

Thanks Ram Guy. I have an original HX620 which only came with 6 pin PCI-E connectors, not the 6+2 connectors. I did email and ask for 6+2 connectors from Corsair when I purchased the PSU, and they were promised to me, but I never received them.

 

I've tried ordering a cable from the link you provided - and it only allows the United States in the country dropdown. I live in Australia. Are there any other options?
