lycan1385 Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 Hi, I placed an order for the Obsidian 550D case from amazon.com on Jan 31'st 2013. The case arrived yesterday and upon opening it today, I noticed the panel that covers the 2 fan slots on the side of the case was missing some clips/hinges; they were broken. The clip for that locks the panel was broken also and the panel would not lock into the side of the case. I tried using some super glue to glue that, but it didn't work (I let it dry for an hour); the clip still came off when trying to lock the panel into the side of the case. And I ended up with some black paint (from the clip) glued to my fingers. I did create a service request for this. Please advise. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
